Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is materially different from what was described
  • The product is defective or corrupt and cannot be used
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the product

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at Contact@AtlasForgellc.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been downloaded and used
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you are unhappy with a purchase, please contact us to discuss a refund under the terms above.
